Job summary

McKee Foods is seeking a District Sales Representative for the Gainesville, FL area to drive sales growth with independent distributors and retailers. You will be the face of the company, fostering relationships and identifying opportunities in a multi-county district.

The role requires 3+ years in retail management or sales, strong communication, and the ability to travel extensively. A college degree in business is preferred and a company vehicle is provided along with a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Three years of retail management or sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to retailers.
• Ability to travel extensively within or outside the district.
• Proficiency with modern business software and willingness to learn new systems such as Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Foster sales growth through collaboration with independent wholesale distributors and retailers.
• Cultivate strong business relationships with distributors and retailers.
• Act as a liaison between McKee Foods, wholesale distributors, and retailers.
• Motivate wholesalers to expand sales and recruit/appoint new distributorships.
• Provide orientation for new distributors and communicate best practices.
• Manage and develop a sales territory and ensure daily vehicle operation.
