Job summary

McKee Foods Corporation is seeking a District Sales Representative to drive sales growth in assigned districts and collaborate with independent wholesale distributors and retailers. You will be the face of McKee Foods, fostering relationships and identifying lucrative opportunities across Conroe, Cleveland, Huntsville, Lufkin, and Nacogdoches area markets.

The role requires 3 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one to two years of post-high school education or equivalent experience.
• Three years of retail management or sales experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and mobile technology.
• Willingness to travel extensively within or outside the assigned district.

Responsibilities

• Foster sales growth through collaboration with independent wholesale distributors and retailers.
• Cultivate strong business relationships with distributors and retailers.
• Act as a liaison between McKee Foods, wholesale distributors, and retailers.
• Motivate existing wholesalers to expand sales.
• Recruit and appoint competent candidates to distributorships.
• Provide orientation for new distributors and communicate best business practices.
• Manage and develop a company sales territory as necessary.
• Operate a company vehicle and ensure daily operation.
