Qualifications

• 5-7 years in sales, account management or related field.
• Experience with automotive finance/insurance preferred.
• Experience training dealer personnel or field teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute district sales strategies to increase dealer adoption of Hyundai Capital Insurance products.
• Manage dealer relationships as primary sales contact and advisor.
• Provide consultative sales support and product education to dealer principals and F&I teams.
• Analyze district performance and dealer results to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges and ensure program compliance.
