Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a District Sales Manager for Kia Insurance to drive district-level sales initiatives and expand adoption of vehicle protection products. You will serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned dealers, delivering training, guidance, and strategic support to increase penetration and revenue.

You will collaborate with dealers and internal partners to resolve challenges, ensure program compliance, and achieve annual sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, account management, dealer relations, automotive finance, insurance, or related field.
• Experience working with automotive dealerships, F&I operations, vehicle protection products, or captive finance/automotive financial services preferred.
• Experience providing training, consultative sales support, or product education to dealer, customer-facing, or field sales teams preferred.
• Automotive or financial services industries preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategy, account management, territory management, and consultative selling practices.
• Knowledge of automotive dealership operations, F&I processes, and vehicle protection products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute district-level sales strategies to increase dealer adoption, product penetration, and revenue for Hyundai Capital Insurance products.
• Build and manage strong dealer relationships by serving as the primary sales contact and trusted advisor for assigned dealerships.
• Provide consultative sales support, training, and product education to dealer principals and F&I teams to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Analyze district performance, sales trends, and dealer results to identify growth opportunities and recommend action plans.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve F&I challenges and ensure program compliance.
