Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a District Sales Manager for Kia Insurance in the Atlanta region. You will lead district-level sales initiatives, expanding penetration of Hyundai Capital Insurance products and related vehicle protection offerings.

You will serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned dealers, delivering training, consultative support, and strategic guidance to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in sales, account management or dealer relations in automotive/finance space.
• Experience with automotive dealerships and F&I operations preferred.
• Experience delivering training and consultative sales support to dealer/fleet teams.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategy and territory management.
• Ability to develop and execute plans to increase penetration and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop district-level sales strategies to increase dealer adoption and revenue for Hyundai Capital Insurance products.
• Build and manage dealer relationships as primary sales contact for assigned dealerships.
• Provide training and product education to dealer principals and F&I teams to improve knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Analyze district performance and dealer trends to identify growth opportunities and action plans.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure program implementation and compliant operations.
