Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a District Sales Manager, Kia Insurance to drive district-level growth for Hyundai Capital Insurance products. You will support dealers with sales initiatives, provide training, and serve as the primary liaison to maximize product penetration and profitability.

The role requires strategic thinker with 5–7 years in sales/dealer relations, strong communication, and collaborative skills. Located in a field-based, full-time capacity with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive sales, account management, or dealer relations experience.
• Experience with automotive finance, insurance, or related field preferred.
• Ability to train, consult, and educate dealer personnel and F&I teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute district-level sales strategies to increase dealer adoption and revenue for Hyundai Capital Insurance products.
• Serve as primary sales contact and trusted advisor for assigned dealerships.
• Provide consultative sales support, training, and product education to dealer principals and finance managers.
• Analyze district performance and dealer results to identify growth opportunities and actionable plans.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve F&I challenges and ensure program compliance.
