Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a District Sales Manager for Kia Insurance to lead district initiatives and drive growth of insurance products across designated dealers. You will serve as the primary sales contact, providing training and guidance to dealer staff and collaborating with internal partners to maximize penetration and revenue.

Qualified candidates bring 5–7 years in sales/auto finance, strong dealer relations, and solid knowledge of F&I processes.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in automotive finance, insurance, or related field.
• Experience with automotive dealerships and F&I operations is preferred.
• Experience training and supporting dealer teams is preferred.
• Automotive or financial services industry background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute district sales strategies to grow Hyundai Capital Insurance products.
• Build and manage dealer relationships; serve as primary sales contact for dealers.
• Provide consultative sales support and product education to dealer principals and F&I teams.
• Analyze district performance and identify opportunities; present insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve F&I challenges and ensure compliance.
