Hyundai Capital America (HCA) is seeking a seasoned District Sales Manager, Kia Insurance, to drive growth of Hyundai Capital Insurance products with dealer partners across multiple states. This field-based role focuses on developing strategic plans, training dealer staff, and expanding product penetration.

You will lead initiatives, monitor performance, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve F&I challenges while delivering exceptional dealer and customer experiences.

Competenze

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, account management, business development, dealer relations, automotive finance, or related field.
• Experience with automotive dealerships, F&I products, or captive finance/automotive financial services preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute district-level sales strategies to increase dealer adoption, product penetration, and revenue for Hyundai Capital Insurance products.
• Build and manage strong dealer relationships as the primary sales contact and trusted advisor.
• Provide consultative sales support, training, and product education to dealer principals and F&I teams to improve knowledge and performance.
• Analyze district performance, trends, and dealer results to identify growth opportunities and action plans.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and dealer personnel to resolve F&I challenges and ensure compliant program implementation.
