Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a District Sales Manager, Kia Insurance, to drive district-level sales of Hyundai Capital Insurance products, including VSCs, Prepaid Maintenance, and GAP. You will be the primary dealer contact, delivering training and consultative guidance to increase product penetration.

You will partner with dealers and internal teams to identify opportunities, resolve F&I challenges, ensure compliance, and grow the insurance portfolio across markets.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in sales, account management, or dealer relations with growth track record.
• Experience with automotive finance, insurance, or dealer operations preferred.
• Experience training and supporting dealer-facing teams is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute district sales strategies to boost dealer adoption and revenue.
• Serve as primary sales contact and trusted advisor for assigned dealerships.
• Provide training and product education to dealers and F&I teams.
• Analyze district performance and identify opportunities; propose action plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve F&I challenges and ensure compliance.
