Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a District Sales Manager, Kia Insurance, to drive district-level sales initiatives for vehicle protection products and related insurance services. You will serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned dealers, delivering training and consultative guidance to grow penetration and revenue.

The role focuses on building strong dealer relationships, identifying opportunities, resolving challenges, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the dealer

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, account management, business development, dealer relations, automotive finance, insurance, or related field.
• Experience developing sales plans, managing territories or districts, and achieving growth objectives.
• Knowledge of automotive dealership operations and F&I processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute district-level sales strategies to increase dealer adoption and revenue for Hyundai Capital Insurance products.
• Build and manage dealer relationships as the primary sales contact and trusted advisor.
• Provide training and product education to dealer principals and F&I teams to improve performance.
