Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a District Sales Manager, Kia Insurance to develop and execute district-level sales initiatives that drive growth of Hyundai Capital Insurance products, including Vehicle Service Contracts, Prepaid Maintenance, and GAP.

You will serve as the primary relationship manager with assigned dealers, providing sales support and consultative guidance to increase penetration and revenue.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, account management, dealer relations, automotive finance, or related field.
• Experience with automotive dealerships and F&I operations preferred.
• Experience providing training or consultative sales support to dealer or field sales teams preferred.
• Automotive or financial services industries preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategy, account management, territory management, and consultative selling.
• Knowledge of automotive dealership operations and vehicle protection products (VSC, GAP, Prepaid Maintenance).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute district-level sales strategies to increase dealer adoption and revenue for Hyundai Capital Insurance products.
• Build and manage dealer relationships as primary sales contact and trusted advisor.
• Provide consultative sales support and product education to dealer principals and F&I teams.
• Analyze district performance and market opportunities to identify growth and action plans.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and dealers to resolve F&I challenges and ensure compliance.
