Hyundai Capital America seeks a District Sales Manager to drive growth of Hyundai Capital Insurance products, including Vehicle Service Contracts, Prepaid Maintenance, and GAP. You will lead district initiatives, train dealers, and partner with internal teams to expand product penetration and revenue.

You will manage dealer relationships, deliver consultative support, and monitor performance against goals while aligning with strategic plans and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in sales, account management, or dealer relations with growth targets.
• Experience with automotive finance or insurance is preferred.
• Experience training and supporting dealer sales teams preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategy and territory management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute district-level sales strategies to increase dealer adoption and revenue for Hyundai Capital Insurance products.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for assigned dealers, providing sales support and guidance.
• Provide training and product education to dealer principals and FI teams.
• Analyze district performance and market opportunities to identify growth and action plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program implementation and compliance.
