Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a District Sales Manager, Kia Insurance, to develop and expand district‑level sales initiatives for Hyundai Capital Insurance products, including Vehicle Service Contracts, Prepaid Maintenance, and GAP.

You will serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned dealers, provide training and consultative guidance, and work with internal teams to grow product penetration and revenue while ensuring compliance and dealer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, account management or related field.
• Experience with automotive dealerships, F&I processes, or vehicle protection products is preferred.
• Strong communication, training, and consultative sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute district-level sales strategies to increase dealer adoption and revenue for Kia Insurance products.
• Build and manage dealer relationships as the primary sales contact and trusted advisor.
• Provide training and product education to dealer principals and F&I teams.
• Analyze district performance and identify growth opportunities to drive goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges and improve the dealer and customer experience.
