Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a District Sales Manager to support and grow our Metallic and Ceco brands across the Florida Peninsula. You will leverage relationships with builders, contractors, and distributors to expand market share and drive new business in a fast-paced sales environment.

The role requires 2+ years in building materials sales, a strong ability to manage a territory, and a proven track record of achieving revenue goals. Travel is 50–70%.

Qualifications

• Experience within the pre-engineered metal building industry.
• 2+ years of proven sales/marketing or sales management experience, or 2+ years in building materials.
• Strong relationship-building skills with consistent follow-up.
• Self-starter with ability to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Own & Grow Your Territory: manage an established territory to expand customer relationships and market share.
• Develop Customer Relationships: work with builders, direct sales, and new clients to support business needs.
• Drive Sales Growth: balance maintaining current business with proactive prospecting.
• Sell Industry-Leading Building Systems across commercial, industrial, and agricultural markets.
• Support Product & Software Training: conduct customer education and contractor training.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: work with internal departments to optimize the customer experience.
• Provide Responsive Customer Support: manage high-volume interactions in a fast-paced environment.
