Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) is seeking a Senior District Sales Manager to lead a group of District Sales Managers within a defined profit center. You will coach, develop, and drive in-store execution of Red Bull initiatives, monitor KPIs, and build a winning team that embodies RBDC standards and culture.

You will ensure alignment with the GSM, manage field activities, and oversee office and warehouse operations to meet standards and drive volume and profit performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Establish KPI targets for each assigned District Sales Manager and manage their execution.
• Maintain regular communications with retail partners and decision makers to execute national/local programming.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team to meet or exceed sales and distribution targets.
• Train and develop DSMs and ASMs, ensuring execution at the ASM level.
• Spend at least 1 day per week in the field to train, develop, and evaluate DSM performance.
• Teach selling skills and processes, including retail math and handling objections.
• Ensure 100% alignment on processes and routines across the facility.
• Collaborate across the region and share best practices.
