Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company seeks a District Sales Manager to lead Account Sales Managers, driving in-store execution and sales KPIs. You will coach a team, ride routes weekly for on-site training, and collaborate across the organization to elevate performance and ensure standards are met.

The role emphasizes on-route leadership, training, and strategic partnership with retail decision-makers to grow market share and optimize execution.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
Obtainment of DOT Medical card.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

Establish Sales/KPI targets for each Account Manager and oversee monthly indicators, including coaching and performance reviews.
Maintain regular communications with retail partners/decision makers to implement national/local programming.
Spend 2 full days on route rides per week to train and evaluate Account Manager performance.
Teach Account Managers selling skills through the established selling process, including role plays and overcoming objections.
Conduct regular Account Manager meetings/workshops to improve operational expertise and reward results.
Collaborate across the organization to share best practices and lead among peers.
