Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company seeks a District Sales Manager to lead Account Sales Managers and drive in-store execution of national and local programs. You will coach the team, track KPIs, and develop talent while coordinating with partners across the organization.

The role requires 3+ years in DSD, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Route rides twice weekly provide hands-on training and performance evaluation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Direct Store Delivery management experience.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Establish KPI targets for Account Managers and oversee monthly indicators; feedback, coaching, corrective counseling, and performance reviews.
• Maintain regular communications with retail partners/decision makers to implement national/local programming.
• Spend 2 full days on route rides (gate to gate) per week to train and evaluate performance.
• Teach Account Managers selling skills through the established selling process, including role plays and handling objections.
• Conduct regular Account Manager meetings/workshops in groups and 1 on 1 to improve operational expertise and recognize results.
• Work collaboratively across the organization and be a leader among peers.
• Build a diverse organization that reflects the marketplace and upholds Red Bull's values; ensure standards and procedures are followed.
