Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Sales Managers, driving in-store execution and sales performance. You will set KPI targets, coach staff, and collaborate with retail partners to deploy national and local programs.

You will spend significant time on route rides to train and evaluate performance, build a capable, diverse team, and uphold Red Bull standards across markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Establish Sales/KPI targets for each assigned Account Manager and oversee monthly indicators; includes feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Maintain regular communications with retail partners/decision makers to implement national/local programming.
• Spend 2 full days on route rides per week to train and evaluate Account Manager performance and market execution.
• Teach Account Managers selling skills through the established selling process, including role plays and handling objections.
• Conduct regular Account Manager meetings/workshops in groups and 1-on-1 to improve operational expertise and recognize results.
• Work collaboratively across the organization, share best practices, and lead among peers.
