• Recruit exceptional Therapeutic Specialty Representatives who combine sales excellence with mission alignment.
• Develop the team through field coaching, structured feedback, and development plans.
• Create a culture of accountability and growth across territories.
• Foster DEI across the region and identify future leaders.
• Partner with senior sales leadership to shape district strategy and plans.
• Translate objectives into district business plans and track milestones.
• Maintain CRM discipline and regulatory compliance.
