Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years leading pharmaceutical or specialty sales teams.
• Proven success leading teams through product launches and launches in specialty areas.
• Deep understanding of sales strategy and market access dynamics.
• Track record of talent development and coaching.
• Willingness to travel 60–75%, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Build & Lead a High-Performing Team for district sales.
• Recruit and develop Therapeutic Specialty Representatives aligned to mission.
• Coach field teams with structured feedback and development plans.
• Drive strategic execution with national and district plans.
• Foster cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Access.
• Ensure operational excellence and CRM discipline.
