Aquestive Therapeutics is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead markets across multiple states. You will recruit talent, coach field teams, and translate corporate strategy into territory wins while upholding integrity and patient focus.

In this hands-on role, you will partner with VP of Sales and cross-functional teams to shape national strategy, drive payer access, and deliver breakthrough patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years leading pharmaceutical or specialty sales teams.
• Proven success launching products and managing field teams.
• Willingness to travel 60–75% including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing district sales team.
• Recruit Therapeutic Specialty Representatives aligned with our mission.
• Coach the team through field coaching and development plans.
• Translate corporate strategy into district business plans and metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs and Market Access.
• Ensure CRM discipline and regulatory compliance.
