Aquestive Therapeutics is actively hiring a District Sales Manager to lead regional launches and build a high-performing field team across multiple states. You will recruit, coach, and develop talent while translating corporate strategy into territory wins.

In this role you’ll drive market access strategies, manage field performance, and ensure disciplined CRM usage and regulatory compliance, all while delivering patient-focused outcomes and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years leading pharmaceutical or specialty sales teams.
• Experience leading product launches in specialty, allergy, or related therapeutic areas.
• Deep understanding of sales strategy, market access, and HCP engagement.
• Proven talent development and coaching capability.
• Willingness to travel 60–75%

Responsibilities

• Build & Lead a High-Performing Team by recruiting and coaching Therapeutic Specialty Representatives.
• Drive Strategic Execution with senior sales leaders to shape district plans and metrics.
• Coach for Impact through field rides and effective objection handling.
• Navigate Market Access Complexity with payer insights and access strategies.
• Foster Cross-Functional Alignment with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Training, and Market Access.
• Ensure Operational Excellence with CRM discipline and regulatory compliance.
