Brasseler USA is seeking a District Sales Manager for the Inland Empire region in California. This field-based, full-time role focuses on growing gross profit, market share, and Brasseler’s brand presence across dental and medical instrument sectors.

The position requires at least 2 years of B2B sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills. Travel is typical, with long driving periods, and a base salary range plus commission is offered.

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities

Responsabilités

• Achieve Gross Profit Target for Territory through sales achievement
• Present, promote and sell products using Brasseler value proposition to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Utilize CRM system to manage sales funnel
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
• Continuously improve through feedback
