Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an outside District Sales Manager to drive growth and retention in assigned territories. The role reports to the Director of Sales and focuses on profitable growth and market development across the region.

You will develop market plans, understand key customers, communicate product benefits, generate quotes for pre-engineered metal buildings, pole barns, and metal wall systems, and travel 50-70% in the market.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of proven sales/marketing or sales management experience.
• Understanding of pre-engineered metal buildings, pole barns, or metal roof/wall systems.
• Knowledge of drafting and estimating processes.
• Ability to translate architectural plans and specifications.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement viable market plans with customer and competitive insights.
• Communicate features and benefits of products to customers.
• Identify and pursue leads; understand customer needs.
• Educate customers, interpret project requirements, and develop specs.
• Generate project estimates and sales of metal buildings and systems; close quotes.
• Ensure pricing compliance and positive customer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer experience.
• Serve as liaison between customers and company for issues and desires.
• Analyze competitive market information and report findings.
