Job summary

Amgen seeks a District Sales Manager in the United States to lead key accounts, build local Opinion Leader relationships, and drive compliant sales strategies. You will act as the liaison to medical professionals, deliver clinical knowledge, and coordinate cross-functional efforts across districts.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
• OR Master’s degree and 6 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
• OR Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
• AND 2 years of managerial experience directing teams or resources.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers by providing clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with district teams, Marketing and Finance.
• Conduct district sales meetings and develop local Opinion Leader relationships.
• Screen, interview, and hire candidates; monitor training and performance.
