Qualifications

• 2+ years of managerial experience directly leading people, projects, or resources.
• 3+ years of specialty sales experience in biologics or related field preferred.
• Experience addressing customer questions and objections with clinical information.

Responsibilities

• Track the progress of marketing messages and programs.
• Provide feedback to district teams on marketing, allocation, and resource use.
• Manage district teams to maximize performance and achieve sales targets.
• Screen, interview, and hire candidates.
• Ensure compliance with training.
• Conduct annual and on-going performance reviews and competencies.
• Communicate with district and cross-functional teams.
• Share best practices with direct reports and peers.
• Coordinate and participate in cluster teams.
• Lead district sales meetings to guide districts.
• Develop local Opinion Leader relationships to achieve objectives.
