Job summary
Hyundai Capital America is looking for a District Sales Manager, OEM Insurance, to lead district sales strategies and strengthen dealer relationships in the automotive finance space. You will train and coach dealer teams, promote insurance products, and drive revenue growth across the district.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in sales or dealer relations, deep F&I product knowledge, and strong negotiation and communication skills to support program implementation and cross-functional
Qualifications
- 5+ years in sales, account management, or dealer relations in automotive or finance.
- Experience with dealer networks, F&I operations, and product education.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, or related field.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze dealer performance and identify growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute district sales strategies to increase dealer adoption of Hyundai Capital Insurance products.
- Build and manage dealer relationships as the primary sales contact and trusted advisor.
- Provide training, product education, and consultative support to dealer principals and F&I teams.
- Analyze district performance and market opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program implementation and compliance.
