Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a District Sales Manager, Insurance to lead and expand dealer relationships within the district, driving F&I product adoption, including Vehicle Service Contracts, Prepaid Maintenance, GAP, and other protection products.

You will develop and execute sales plans with the Regional Sales Manager, mentor dealers, and become the trusted advisor for F&I challenges while leveraging training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years automotive retail management (F&I Manager experience preferable) and/or equivalent previous experience as an Extended Warranty and/or F&I field sales representative
• 1+ year of F&I specific experience (may be included in 2-4 years above)
• Proficient in selling current F&I product suite portfolio
• Captive experience preferred
• Adept Dealer conversion, income development, product knowledge, comprehension, and skill sets required
• Evidence of formalized F&I training (JM&A, Pat Ryan, Allstate etc.) preferred
• Outstanding field sales and Dealer support skills, with proven record in delivering sales objectives to meet or exceed set targets
• Broad knowledge of Extended Warranty and F&I program design and products; experience in implementing

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage District sales initiatives and relationships with business partners to exceed annual sales objectives
• Support Vehicle Service Contracts, Prepaid Maintenance, GAP, and other vehicle protection products within the district
• Become a trusted advisor and primary contact for Dealers in the District for F&I challenges
• Develop and execute the District’s sales action plan in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager and Insurance
• Provide dealer training and support to improve F&I office operations and enrollment
• Carry out dealer income development and aligned deal structures
• Work with RSM on dealer contact activity prioritization within the district
• Pursue personal growth in F&I product and service delivery and perform other duties as assigned
