Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive growth of Hyundai Capital Insurance products across the dealer network in the Texas region. You will lead district-level sales initiatives, build strong dealer relationships, and provide training and consultative support to improve product penetration and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, account management, dealer relations, automotive finance, insurance, or related field.
• Experience with automotive dealerships and F&I operations preferred.
• Experience providing training, consultative sales support, or product education to dealer or field sales teams.
• Knowledge of sales strategy, account management, territory management, and consultative selling practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute district-level sales strategies to increase dealer adoption and revenue for Hyundai Capital Insurance products.
• Build and manage dealer relationships as the primary sales contact and trusted advisor.
• Provide training and product education to dealer principals, general managers, finance managers, and F&I teams.
• Analyze district performance, trends, and dealer results to identify growth opportunities and action plans.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve F&I-related challenges and ensure compliant program implementation.
