Job summary

Hyundai Capital America invites an experienced District Sales Manager, OEM Insurance, to lead district sales initiatives for Hyundai Capital Insurance products, including Vehicle Service Contracts, Prepaid Maintenance, GAP, and related protections. You will serve as the primary dealer liaison, delivering training and consultative guidance to expand product penetration and revenue.

Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, account management, business development, dealer relations, automotive finance, or insurance.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; equivalent experience may be considered.
Strong knowledge of sales strategy, account management, territory management, and consultative selling practices.

Responsibilities

Develop district-level sales strategies to increase dealer adoption, product penetration, and revenue for Hyundai Capital Insurance products.
Build and manage dealer relationships as the primary sales contact and trusted advisor for assigned dealerships.
Provide consultative sales support, training, and product education to dealer principals, general managers, finance managers, and F&I teams.
Analyze district performance and dealer trends to identify growth opportunities and communicate insights to leadership.
