Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead district-level sales initiatives for Hyundai Capital Insurance products. You will develop dealer strategies, train F&I teams, and grow product penetration across a network of dealers.

The role requires strong sales, account management, and consultative selling skills, with travel to assigned dealerships. This position is based in the Atlanta area and offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive sales experience with district/territory responsibilities.
• Experience with automotive dealerships, F&I operations, or vehicle protection products preferred.
• Experience providing training or consultative sales support to dealer or field sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute district-level sales strategies to increase dealer adoption and revenue for Hyundai Capital Insurance products.
• Build and manage dealer relationships, serving as the primary sales contact and trusted advisor for assigned dealerships.
• Provide consultative sales support, training, and product education to dealer principals and F&I teams.
• Analyze district performance, identify growth opportunities, and communicate insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve F&I challenges and strengthen dealer/customer experience.
