Job summary

Hyundai Capital America seeks a District Sales Manager for Insurance to drive district‑level growth of Hyundai Capital Insurance products and strengthen dealer relationships across assigned networks. You will lead initiatives, provide training, and partner with internal teams to expand product penetration and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive sales or related experience in automotive finance or insurance.
• Experience with automotive dealerships and vehicle protection products preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Sales.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategy, account management, territory management, and consultative selling.
• Ability to develop and execute sales plans to increase penetration and revenue.
• Excellent communication and training skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute district‑level sales strategies to grow dealer adoption and revenue.
• Build and manage dealer relationships as the primary sales contact.
• Provide training and product education to dealer principals and F&I teams.
• Analyze district performance and market opportunities to guide action plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program compliance and improve dealer experience.
