Job summary

Hyundai Capital America seeks a District Sales Manager, OEM Insurance to lead district-level sales of Hyundai Capital Insurance products, including Vehicle Service Contracts, Prepaid Maintenance, and GAP. You will act as the primary relationship manager for dealers, delivering training, guidance, and sales support to strengthen engagement and drive revenue.

Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, account management, dealer relations, automotive finance, insurance, or related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute district-level sales strategies to increase dealer adoption and revenue for Hyundai Capital Insurance products.
Build and manage dealer relationships as primary sales contact and trusted advisor for assigned dealerships.
Provide consultative sales support, training, and product education to dealer principals and finance managers.
Analyze district performance, sales trends, and dealer results to identify growth opportunities and action plans.
Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve F&I-related challenges and ensure program implementation.
