Red Bull Distribution Company in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead Account Sales Managers responsible for in-store execution for essential customers. You will drive sales, track KPIs, and coach a high-performing team to achieve targets and maximize on-shelf presence.

Key duties include establishing KPI targets, training via route rides, teaching selling skills, and conducting regular meetings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management experience.
• Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.
• English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Establish KPI targets for each Account Manager and oversee monthly indicators with feedback and coaching.
• Maintain regular communications with retail partners/decision makers to implement programming.
• Spend two full days on route rides weekly to train and evaluate performance.
• Teach Account Managers selling skills including role plays and retail math.
• Conduct regular Account Manager meetings/workshops to improve operations and recognize results.
• Collaborate across the organization and share best practices; lead with Red Bull values.
