Aquestive Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead market launches and drive patient outcomes across multiple states.

You will recruit, coach, and develop a field-based team of Therapeutic Specialty Representatives while translating corporate strategy into territory plans. This role requires hands-on field leadership, strong coaching, and a proven track record in pharma sales, with 60-75% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leading pharmaceutical or specialty sales teams with field management experience.
• Proven ability to develop talent and coach teams to improve performance.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead a high-performing district team of Therapeutic Specialty Representatives.
• Translate corporate strategy into district business plans and track performance against milestones.
• Coach reps through complex sales cycles and payer environment challenges to improve patient access.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Training, and Market Access to ensure consistent brand execution.
• Represent the region in national meetings and launch planning discussions.
