You will recruit talent, coach territory representatives, and translate corporate strategy into district-level wins, while navigating payer environments and product differentiation. You will partner with senior leaders to shape national sales strategy, develop district business plans, and ensure execution of launch milestones in a fast-paced environment that

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years leading pharmaceutical or specialty sales teams.
• Experience launching products in specialty or related therapeutic areas.
• Strong understanding of sales strategy, market access dynamics, and HCP engagement models.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead a high-performing district sales team.
• Drive strategic execution with district business plans and launch milestones.
