Aquestive Therapeutics is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead multi-state markets and drive launch success. You will recruit and develop Therapeutic Specialty Representatives, coach in the field, and translate corporate strategy into district plans.

You’ll balance performance with patient outcomes while navigating payer dynamics. The role requires 5+ years of pharma sales leadership, a strong analytics mindset, and the ability to travel 60–75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years leading pharmaceutical or specialty sales teams.
• Experience launching products—ideally in specialty, allergy, or related areas.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into strategic action.
• Willingness to travel 60–75%, including overnight stays.
