Aquestive Therapeutics is seeking a District Sales Manager to spearhead launch success across multiple markets in the United States. You will recruit and develop territory representatives, translate corporate strategy into district plans, and coach teams through complex sales cycles to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires a minimum of five years leading pharmaceutical or specialty sales teams, strong analytics, and the ability to navigate payer landscapes and market access.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leading pharmaceutical or specialty sales teams (front-line management experience required).
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic action.
• Willingness to travel 60–75%, including overnight stays for field rides, customer events, and company meetings.

Responsibilities

• Build & lead a high-performing team across defined districts.
• Recruit exceptional Therapeutic Specialty Representatives and drive development plans.
• Translate corporate strategy into district business plans and launch milestones.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and CRM discipline.
• Represent the region in national sales meetings and launch planning forums.
