Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Senior District Sales Manager to lead dealer-channel sales across NC, SC, GA, AL, and FL. You will drive revenue growth, expand coverage, and educate dealer personnel on MFP, BCS, POS solutions while forecasting and reporting on performance.

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree and 7+ years in high-tech sales, with proven territory management, consultative selling, CRM experience (Salesforce), and willingness to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of sales experience in high-tech products, MFPs, solutions and services.
• Proven territory management and meeting sales targets.
• Strong consultative selling and client-facing skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue and market share by managing a defined territory to achieve quota.
• Adopt sales processes, pipeline management, forecast accuracy and client relationships.
• Prepare monthly/annual forecasts and sales reports; analyze market potential.
• Identify issues and communicate with management; track activities in the sales system.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to align offerings.
• Build relationships with channels of distribution (BTA Dealers).
• Collaborate with sales teams to execute initiatives and growth opportunities.
