Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a results-driven professional to drive sales of services and document solutions within SMB accounts. You will collaborate with sales management to meet revenue objectives and translate business needs into Toshiba offerings.

In this role you’ll perform pre-sales consulting, develop BRD/SOW deliverables, respond to RFPs, and manage renewals and SaaS subscriptions while staying current with industry trends and traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in professional services, solutions sales or consulting.
• Ability to handle larger more complex accounts.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial experience with a goal-driven focus.
• Experience in Information & Document Lifecycle processes, IT infrastructure & security, consulting & technical writing.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage C-Level executives and deliver compelling value propositions.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with excellent time management.
• Ability to travel as required; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales of Professional Services, Document Output Management and Document Capture & Workflow Solutions to SMB Customers to meet revenue objectives.
• Assigned to more complex accounts.
• Perform Pre-Sales Consulting to capture business & technical requirements and to build customer value.
• Work with clients to understand objectives and needs while aligning Toshiba products and services where business opportunities exist.
• Develop deliverables including Solutions Configurations, BRD and SOW.
• Respond to or participate in responding to RFPs and perform other duties as assigned.
• Manage assigned M&S renewals and SaaS subscriptions.
• Develop and maintain understanding of the industry and trends influencing the marketplace.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
