Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Senior District Sales Manager to lead the independent dealer channel across NC, SC, GA, AL, and FL. You will drive revenue, manage a defined territory, and expand sales and service coverage with a consultative sales approach.

The role requires seven years in high-tech B2B sales, product demonstrations, and the ability to train dealers. You’ll forecast, report, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quotas and grow market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Seven+ years of sales experience in high-tech B2B products (MFP, solutions).
• Strong product demonstration skills for MFP and solutions.
• Ability to manage a large geographic territory and meet quotas.
• Excellent client-facing skills with a consultative selling approach.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills; autonomous work style.
• Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue and market share in the defined territory through dealers.
• Adopt sales processes, pipeline management, and forecast accuracy.
• Prepare monthly/annual forecasts and sales reports; analyze potential.
• Communicate issues to management and track sales data daily.
• Research market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Build relationships across levels; align Toshiba products to needs.
• Serve as primary contact for BTA Dealers; implement programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales Teams to execute revenue-driving initiatives.
