Job summary

Toshiba International Corporation is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in an assigned district. You will lead and coach sales staff, coordinate with marketing, engineering, and service teams, and manage key accounts to expand market share.

Travel up to 60% across the region is expected; a proven sales record and at least three years of experience are required. The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years sales experience.
• Proven record of significant accomplishments in sales.

Responsibilities

• Maintain or improve project margins through cost reductions or scope involvement.
• Develop and maintain project schedule for complete order.
• Coordinate activities of marketing, engineering, manufacturing and services groups as it pertains to the project.
• Submit monthly project status reports to TIC management and to the customer.
• Manage communications by being point of contact for communications regarding project.
• Write and distribute meeting minutes and other project related communication.
• Work with purchasing and engineering on procurement activities.
• Balance competing demands among Scope, Cost, Time and Quality.
• Solve problems related to the project - commercial and technical.
• Provide project leadership and direction.
• Efficiently resolve conflict within organization and externally.
• Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide market intelligence and input to shape company policies and practices.
