Aquestive Therapeutics is directly hiring for a District Sales Manager role to lead markets across multiple states.

You'll build and lead a high-performing district team, coach field representatives through complex sales cycles, and translate corporate strategy into territory-level wins while prioritizing patient outcomes.

You'll collaborate across cross-functional teams including Market Access and Hub Services to overcome payer barriers and accelerate patient starts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years leading pharma or specialty sales teams.
• Proven success launching products and driving launches in specialty areas.
• Strong sales strategy, market access understanding, and HCP engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel 60–75% including overnights.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead a high-performing district sales team focused on patient outcomes.
• Develop talent through field coaching and structured development plans.
• Translate corporate strategy into district business plans with local payor insights.
• Establish clear performance metrics and trackables linked to launch milestones.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Access and Hub Services to align execution.
• Represent the region at national sales meetings and launch planning.
