You will collaborate with cross-functional partners on market access, payer strategies, and regional execution, ensuring alignment with national goals while delivering patient impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years leading pharmaceutical or specialty sales teams.
• Proven success leading product launches in specialty areas.
• Willingness to travel 60–75%, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a district sales team to meet launch milestones.
• Recruit and develop therapeutic specialty representatives.
• Translate corporate strategy into territory plans.
• Manage performance metrics and field coaching programs.
