Job summary

Matador Distributing LLC is seeking a District Manager to lead a team of Account Managers focused on in-store execution for Red Bull initiatives. You will coach ASMs, monitor KPI targets, and drive national and local programming with retail partners in the Odessa, TX market.

Responsibilities include route rides, performance reviews, and carrying out company standards. Candidates should have DSD management experience, a business degree or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license to support field

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management preferred.
• 2+ years’ management experience in sales environments essential.
• Valid US driver’s license and ability to obtain/maintain DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales volume and KPI targets for assigned team.
• Coach and develop ASMs, conduct performance reviews.
• Spend two days per week on route rides for training and evaluation.
• Maintain regular communications with retail partners to implement programs.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional collaboration and share best practices.
