Job summary

Matador Distributing LLC seeks a District Manager to lead Account Managers (ASMs) responsible for in-store execution with key customers. You will coach and develop the ASM teams, drive Red Bull initiatives, and track KPIs across the market to ensure program success.

You will spend substantial time in the field riding routes, training ASMs, and building strong partnerships with retail decision makers. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 6+ years’ relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales volume and KPI targets for assigned Account Managers.
• Coach and develop ASM teams and lead in-store execution of programs.
• Maintain communications with retail partners and drive regional programming.
• Lead training and sales skills development; conduct regular performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety practices.
