Dexcom, a global leader in CGM technology, seeks a district leader to build and guide a high-performing team. You’ll coach Territory Business Managers, develop district plans, and drive engagement with endocrinology, primary care, and healthcare networks to expand market presence.

You will collaborate across Market Access, Marketing, Sales Training, and Operations to accelerate growth while maintaining compliance and high customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of industry experience.
• 2–5 years of previous management or lead experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze performance data.

Responsabilidades

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing district team with accountability.
• Coach Territory Business Managers to maximize performance.
• Develop and execute district business plans for market expansion and revenue growth.
• Lead field execution with endocrinology, primary care, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive growth and customer experience.
