Dexcom is seeking a District Manager to build and lead a high-performing district sales team across the United States, driving growth and strong customer engagement. You will coach Territory Business Managers, develop district plans, and partner with market access, marketing, and operations to execute growth strategies.

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of industry experience.
• 2–5 years of previous management or lead experience.
• Diabetes, endocrinology, medical device, or specialty healthcare experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing district team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth.
• Coach and mentor Territory Business Managers to maximize individual and team performance.
• Develop and execute district business plans that drive market expansion, customer engagement, and sustainable revenue growth.
• Lead field execution across key healthcare stakeholders, including endocrinology and primary care practices, health systems, pharmacies, diabetes education programs, and strategic provider networks.
• Collaborate closely with Market Access, Marketing, Trade, Government Affairs, Operations, Sales Training, and Commercial Leadership to execute growth strategies and enhance customer experience.
