Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a District Leader to build and guide a high‑performing district sales team across healthcare sectors. You will coach Territory Business Managers, develop district plans, and execute field strategies with endocrinology, primary care, and pharmacy partners.

Leverage data to identify growth opportunities and drive sustainable revenue. A hybrid, home‑office arrangement is possible with significant travel.

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high‑performing sales teams in healthcare or medical device environments.
Strong business acumen with experience developing and executing district growth strategies.
Demonstrated success influencing diverse stakeholders and building relationships across healthcare ecosystems.
Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable business plans.
Exceptional coaching, communication, and leadership skills with a passion for developing talent.
Experience leading through change in complex, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

Build, develop and lead a high-performing district team.
Coach and mentor Territory Business Managers to maximize performance.
Develop and execute district business plans driving market expansion and sustainable revenue growth.
Lead field execution across endocrinology, primary care, health systems, pharmacies, and diabetes education networks.
Strengthen selling skills and product knowledge with field teams and partners.
Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Trade, Government Affairs, Operations, Sales Training and Commercial Leadership to execute growth strategies.
