Aquestive Therapeutics is seeking a District Sales Manager to architect launch success in your region, building and coaching a field-based team through complex sales cycles to deliver patient-focused outcomes.

You will recruit talent, develop leaders, and translate corporate strategy into territory-level wins, while maintaining performance and integrity across the organization. Expect significant travel and hands-on leadership in the field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leading pharmaceutical or specialty sales teams.
• Proven success launching products in specialty, allergy, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of sales strategy, market access dynamics, and HCP engagement models.
• Willingness to travel 60–75%, including overnight stays for field activities and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Build & lead a high-performing regional sales team.
• Recruit exceptional Therapeutic Specialty Representatives aligned with mission.
• Coach team through field rides and structured development plans.
• Translate corporate strategy into district business plans with local market focus.
• Establish clear performance metrics and track launch milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure brand execution and payer strategies.
